Sales Coordinator – Cape Town

We have an exciting opportunity available in our Cape Town office. The Sales Coordinator must ensure workflow is effectively distributed and managed within the sales team and on the CRM system.

Key Personal Competencies:

Educational

  • Grade 12
  • Tertiary Qualification – Advantageous

Work Experience

  • Strong admin experience
  • Understanding of MS Office with strong Excel skills
  • Report writing and data analysis skills

Advantageous

  • Good understanding and knowledge of the e-commerce industry
  • Payments/banking/software/technical systems

Responsibilities Include

  • Lead allocation and tracking- ensure workflow is effectively managed
  • Maintain the integrity of documentation- update all document templates
  • CRM management- upload all agreements to the CRM system
  • Client relationship management- follow up via email an telephonically with clients
  • Training and development for the sales team- coordinate and document training for the entire sales team
  • Reporting- update daily and monthly trackers and boards
